Our Description: Piney & earthy with incredible fruity hops, yet the malt holds the bitterness under control. Perfectly balanced. The standard by which all other APAs are measured. If it’s on tap, you order it.

Style: Imperial IPA

Our Description: Big, sweet, candied honey biscuit malts followed by fruity, citrus orange/apricot hop flavors with a piney, grassy undertone. Absolutely impeccable. Prepare a eulogy, because other DIPA's might be permanently dead to you after this gem.
Name: Cocomungo
Style: Imperial Stout
ABV: 15.6%
Our Description: Imperial Stout aged for over a year in Willet bourbon barrels and brewed with toasted coconut and maple syrup. Kinda like a boozy Mounds bar dipped in maple. Thick, delicious, and a fantastic example of how to use coconut in a stout. But note the ABV. This is a HUGE beer. Sip it.
